The nursing program at Brooks is one of the best in the country. We are proud to be Magnet Recognized – the first in Florida and 1 of only 5 hospitals in the state to hold this highest professional honor for nursing.
In addition, our nurse practice transition program is accredited by the ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP). This is considered the gold standard in nurse residency programs with only 230 programs accredited nationally. Brooks Rehabilitation is the only rehabilitation system of care to have earned this accreditation.
